The firm’s founding attorney, BRIAN G. WINTER, received his B.A. in Government & Politics in 1990 from St. John’s University and then received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 1993. His extensive practice in the state courts focuses on Family and Matrimonial Law, Juvenile Law, Real Estate Law (Residential and Commercial), Probate Law and Civil Litigation.
Attorney Winter is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, New York and Florida. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, District of Connecticut. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association (Family Law Section and Real Estate Sections) and the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association (Family Law Section and Real Estate Sections).
A native of Connecticut, Attorney Winter is actively involved in the local community and became a member of the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Coastal Fairfield County, Inc. in 2006. He is the chair of the Site Selection Committee and serves as legal counsel for the organization.
In 2008, Attorney Winter was awarded Habitat for Humanity’s prestigious “Second Mile Award” for his strong dedication and outstanding leadership for the organization.
